Re: How to change password ?

Hi,

I'm stuck :) In Profile/Edit account settings menu I can only see:
Current password:
You must enter your current password if you wish to alter your email address or username.
Where do I enter the new password?

Thanks

Re: Who needs CSI ?

Hey Alberto, I'm in a similar position too. While I didn't find anything "official" have a look at this thread . As for NHS here is a quote from freemovement.org.uk : EEA citizens and their family members are allowed to use the NHS in the UK, but according to the Home Office the NHS does not count a...

Re: EEA FP and RC applications in parallel. Possible?

Great, thanks for clearing this up.

So when it comes to applying for FP2 while the RC application is in progress, is this allowed? Is my plan feasible (apart from that uncertainty about getting the passport back you mentioned)?

Re: EEA FP and RC applications in parallel. Possible?

I simplified the question as much as possible because I was expecting the answer would be simple as well - I can (or not) apply for FP2 while RC application is under consideration (and FP1 is still valid) . If it's not that simple here is the plan, I hope it is clearer now (this chart will not look ...

Re: EEA FP and RC applications in parallel. Possible?

Hey noajthan, Sponsor is in the UK the entire time. Outside of UK for 2-3 months, nothing in particular, finalising personal matters, family visit etc. Is it likely that I won't be able to get the passport back before the RC application process has finished? Why do you mention continuity of residenc...

EEA FP and RC applications in parallel. Possible?

Hello visa warriors! Is it possible to apply for another EEA Family Permit (FP) while the Residence Card (RC) application is still pending and the first FP has not expired yet? Here is my plan: I apply for and get FP 1 I enter UK I apply for RC and request passport back I leave UK I apply for FP 2 (...

Re: EEA PR Relevant qualifying period - pick your own?

Hi Demoovia, Sorry about the late response. In the end I left Britain for a considerable amount of time and have not applied for PR so cannot answer your question, I'm afraid. Plus I had certain worries about providing the evidence even for my chosen period, and wasn't looking forward to persuading ...

Re: What in FT/PT job pays 4 Comprehensive Sickeness Insuran

If this and only this is what makes the Home Office unhappy wouldn't then it be possible for those who don't qualify for permanent residency because of the gaps in their NI contributions during the required period to "return" what they "owe" to the state by the means of voluntary contributions ? You...

What in FT/PT job pays 4 Comprehensive Sickeness Insurance?

Hello, I was wondering what component of my remuneration (or something that the employer has to pay because they keep me) while in full or part time job removes the need for comprehensive medical insurance? In other words on what basis I don't have to have it when I work? Is it: National Insurance c...

Re: EEA PR Relevant qualifying period - pick your own?

Hey August, thanks for this extra bit of info. If you are warning against it there must be a reason, I'll keep that in mind. In this sort of environment I don't want to upset an official who is already in a combat mode. Regarding the shift, it won't work in my case. My preferred 'relevant qualifying...

Re: Comprehensive Sickness Insurance upsets EC ...and what?

First of all, sorry, there's been some mixup and the links above are wrong but I cannot correct them. Here is the article ( direct download ) I was talking about. So what happened? European Commission got gagged by UK's threats of leaving EU? I'm just trying to use common sense based on the informat...

Comprehensive Sickness Insurance upsets EC ...and what?

Hi there, While I'm here I thought I would ask if there is anyone in the know who could tell me the end of the story (if there is one) because the anticipation is killing me. The requirement of the Comprehensive Sickness Insurance apparently made the European Commission unhappy, that what says the d...

Re: EEA PR Relevant qualifying period - pick your own?

Thank you for your help, all nice and clear! I'm tempted to ditch the form, it would be less fuss. The only thing is that I've already spent time printing this monster and filling it out. Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking, put the explanation in 9.13. Thanks again ohara and LilyLalilu, you gav...

Re: EEA PR Relevant qualifying period - pick your own?

Whoa! That was quick :) Regarding supplying the evidence for the preferred relevant qualifying period only, as I mentioned the form often ask for listing everything from the date I first entered UK, examples: 5.3 Have you had any absences from the UK since you entered ? Give details. 9.4 Complete th...

EEA PR Relevant qualifying period - pick your own?
