Thanks.. Yes Phone is bettar but replies vary from person to person imo. I made 3-4 calls overall and 2 of them were more helpful and 2 told me straight away that my app is still under 6 months and i should wait.

Sahib1.. I am still waiting.. I applied on 06th June from NCS.. I called the Helpline on13th and they said that they have made some sort of decision and was posted to me on 12th.. Hoping for a positive result but lets see..

Thanks. I tried that and she said that the application is still in progress. No more information from her. However she did say that 99% of these kind of applications are completed under 6 months. Thats the only ray of hope I am clinging to.. Around 1.5 months to go for my 6 month limit..

She can't be included in your application. She is with the immigration status of a PBS migrant rather than a PBS dependant. If she want's to quickly leave the UK now and apply to return as your dependant, that would permit her to apply jointly with you for ILR. [/i] I think this is a bit misleading...

As You are covered under JR so all you need to show is that you are economically active now ( which u are as u are working ) have never took any benifit from the state in last 5 years ( only u know that) There is no minimum balance required for HSMP JR. I am qouting from my own experience. I went to PEO croydon 6 weeks before expiry and got extension from the previous expiry date. However mine was last year june so maybe they are more strict now. give them a call or send them an email

You can apply up to 5 weeks before ur leave expires and ur new visa should start from the date the previous one expires so you should be fine..
