Hi samfam If you are looking to apply for ext family member visa after she arrived then take alot of care , if HO even smell of that they will refuse visit visa it is better go for a solicitor. Having a RC doesn't matter or help. Who is an EEA citizen here? Is mom dependent on that person? Otherwise mom to apply for regular UK visit visa.
