Finally got round to sending the MN1 for my daughter. Would it be prudent to disclose the fact she has a british passport issued to her "by mistake"? not sure if this will not complicate her case.

I was looking to apply on 2 May but the NCS officer suggested waiting a few months due to me having 2 penalty charges (damn bus lanes). In the end I applied in Aug and by the looks of it this was a lucky decision

Looks like May was a particularly tricky month for applications. I see people who applied in Septemeber already being in the "decided" bucket.

If this is not sufficient they'll ask you for a proof. At least you'll have responded.

Just had my PR application rejected due to the lack of original documents proving my employment in the qualifying period. The problem is that all my P60 or payslips are issued electronically so all I can provide is printouts. The same goes for bank statements. Any idea how to go about that?

You're right. So the PR document is still required but it's not the issue date that determines the 12m period.
