Re: Do I need to Specify my Limited Company if not using its income

Hi
I have not submitted my application yet.
I will say no to the limited company as I am not relying on the funds from it.
I have checked with an immigration advisor - a friend of mine - And He has suggested the same.
I hope it helps.
Thanks

Re: Do I need to Specify my Limited Company if not using its income

"Evidence as directed by Appendix FM-SE for a director or a non-executive director of a limited c...

Re: Director of newly limited company

Hi A quick question Did you use the income of the limited company towards your FLRm application? BTW for site administrators, I have raised a question on the website. In my case I have a limited company but never traded, and I have also asked my accountant to close the company now as I do not have a...

Re: Do I need to Specify my Limited Company if not using its income

Apologies, the application form is Set(M) 5 years to ILR.

Subject I guess should be:
Do I need to Specify and give evidence of my Limited Company if not using income from it.

Myself: British
Spouse: Spouse Visa,

I know it is not the public funds but tax allowance, but just wanted to confirm.

Thank you.

Re: Help with FLR (m) questions

Thank you for your reply.

Well the FLR (m) form is 76 pages and the supporting documents will be about 100 pages. Will that not be too many photocopies for the Home Office to handle?

Also I hope the originals are returned to us on the same day?

Thanks
