I mean if you have not taken any income from company ( dividend or Salary ), than how you are except to meet earning requirements ?

That nothing, I know some one who is waiting for more than 6 month, and to be frank HMRC is not even obliged to amend if tax year in question is more than 4 years old.

HO have access to hmrc data and can easily cross check every thing.

So Relax and don't make your application more complex.

It can take upto 2 weeks for HO to come back to your employer ! Quicker Some time but HO is very slow in responding to such queries.

I suspect you did not pay your corporation tax on time and even if u did you did it later, which become suspicious to home office. Hence the reason for refusal.
