Re: Tier 4 without CAS

My visa expires on 12 feb 2016 and my degree certificate will only be available on mid April these year. With level 7 certificate no sponsors is issuing me CAS.

Got no clue how to proceed and bridge the gap.

Re: Tier 4 without CAS

@Wanderer for 12 months its too much to ask for.I was looking in the lines of ILR or FLR using which set will stretch my time line to 12 months or there about.

Tier 4 without CAS

How can a genuine/unmarried Tier 4 student spend 12 months without any CAS from any institution and apply for ILR (10 year basis)?

Is it too much to ask or has some possibility? Plz admin/gurus reply back.

Re: ILR 10 years route

I am still in tier 4 student visa which has been curtailed. My degree certificate is due only mid April and no college/ uni is ready to take level 7 only.
Will it be possible spending until February 3rd 2017 depending only by ILR application or appeals?
