I was approved on 9th November and same reply When did you apply? I think you are unnecessarily emailing them too soon I strongly agree with you. I was also approved on 9th Nov and there is no point of contacting HO now. We all know that HO is processing October approvals. So why bother them with N...

Its too early...even if someone says yes it doesnt help you because things might change. Eveyrtime documents requirements changes so by the time you are going to apply maybe things would have changed

I applied ILR as a Tier 2 migrant and i was using the sections of Tier 2 not 'work permit'...So if you are a Tier 2 General Visa...Just follow the Tier 2 and forget about the Work permit

I got my ILR tier 2 general on 18 February this year and you dont have to submit any previous home office letter. What you need to do is submit your entry clearence visa in my case it was on the passport and submit your previous biometric card which contains your leave to remain approval. No need to...

I gues the minimum balance doesnt matter..You can even send a statement with overdraft.
They are just looking whether you are being paid the right salary only. So do not worry about how much money is in your account but worry about how much your company is paying you monthly
