Just an update. I rang Bradford Council today and they haven't received the paperwork from Home Office. They are still waiting for that batch according to what adviser told me so can't book ceremony until they have the documents. Just need to keep waiting.

She is free to travel. She is only British once she has attended her ceremony and at which point her ilr BRP has to be returned. Bear in mind that the risk of getting stuck abroad is a big one. When uploading the documents should I add them all in "Proof of Application" section or just the passport that it asks for and put everything else in "Other" as per the checklist.
