Just got an update!
So after emailing the Citizenship.Support@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk after 2 weeks we got an email from the manila embassy and they called us also to let us know that they got the citizenship document and will about to set the ceremony soon as next week! Goodluck to all of us!
