Hi Perpergkg, Think they sent your appeal bundle to the POST in Delhi, you can actually check with the POST in Delhi to see if they have received any correspondence from the Tribunal. Did you get any letter from the first tribunal when they send your appeal to the BHC? If you got any letter or email of this, how long since your first appeal did it take?
