Dependant application query

I am applying for my wife and son as dependent.
Forms filled online and got the check list for each of them.

My question is :

Do I need to send each application individually or can I send them together in the same post with one maintenance proof.

Re: Switch from Tier 1 Entrepreneur to Tier 2 General

I have successfully switched from T1 Ent to T2 General. Since I was on T1 Ent, I was a director of a Company. I did not resign from the post till my visa was approved. I used premium service and got the approval letter on the same day. Employer had to conduct a RLMT Test and issue a CoS. Form filled...

Re: Successfully Switched from T1 Ent to T2 General

Answer to your questions : 1. You don't need any payslips for Tier 2 General applications. 2. Your company will have to apply for a sponsor license first which will cost them around £1800 and then conduct a RLMT. Once that is completed he will have to assign you a Certificate of Sponsorship which wi...

Director of a Limited company at the time of switching

I am currently on a T1 Ent visa and a director of a limited company.
I am planning soon to switch to T2 General Visa.

The Question is that is it OK if I resign as the director once my T2 General visa is approved OR should I resign first and then apply for T2 General visa.

Time Scale to get a Unrestricted Cos

Can someone advise on the time frame to get a unresticted Cos from the home office.

The company is newly registered sponsor and the HO did not allot any unrestricted CoS to the comapny.
Now the company has requested for one unrestricted CoS.

Re: how is the chance of refused when already have a cos sec

A Quick question to nz6666

When the CoS was assigned then did you company show the RLMT they conducted.

Do the Home Office check at the RLMT again at the time of candidate application.

As far as I know if the RLMT is not successful the they will not allot a CoS isn't it ?

Re: Tier 1 Extension Query

So any refusal as long as it is not due to fraudrent activities or cheating etc. should not effect Tier 1 Extension if the candidate fulfills all the extension requirements.
