I will suggest you to take the Dl for 30 months which will secure your right to work and then you can raise a Pre-action Protocal PAP through some good barrister or with some very experienced solicitor who can prepare a dynamic PAP grounds. Hi,

I checked mine too. It gives me the same feedback of Awaiting a decision. Only difference is it use to give a date as 25th May, 2017 which i cant see any more. Even i applied in last week of September, 2016 and still waiting. Expedited with MP 4 times but no positive reply.

As suggested by jegland i will advise you to get a solicitor involved. In this country suspended means indirectly they are asking you to leave. Please dont take me wrong but get a legal advise before things get worse and out of hands.

buddy i check this once a day, every day last 3 months almost. It was working fine for me. It still shows me same status as Awaiting reply since May 2017.

I varied my aplication 23rd may 2017 31st may difrance was paid aknowledgment email on 14th of June 2017 says aplication is considered time scale 6 months after that no response not even biomatric I sent request to upgrade from postal to premium last Thursday it's one week no reply from them no fee...

Hi, Use your application ID number but remove zero. If it doest work put your royal mail tracking number or you can even try NHS- IHS number if you have paid NHs Fees. I hope it works for you.

Hi Mwk,
It will start from the day you post your application i.e in your case 17/02/17. You really have to be patience full as there are 1000s waiting from more then a year. I am personnel waiting since September 2016 on my SET LR case. I hope this helps.
