Hahaha same thing I ask thinking. Is not many documents to check and their are taking longer than many naturalisation process applications. When I asked him first he told me his profession should be fine, but after HMPO rejected him he told me that maybe he was rejected because he wasn't a manager anymore . Anyway I asked another friend and she called HMPO to check, they confirmed that she should be fine to verify my identity.
