If your EC is for 1 year you MUST have a job and start to work in the UK
during 4 months after getting EC.
If your EC is 2 years so you MUST have a job and start to work in the UK
during 12 months after getting EC.
If you are late you will not obtain extention.

In my VISA is not mentioned about medical examination. There is mentioned that I should register at the POLICE. That's why I'm worried.

In my EC is mentioned
that I should register at Police after arriving to the UK.

I also have some questions about this topic.

If I'm in the UK under HSMP a couple of months and my baby will born. What happens? Can he/she take UK passport? and how long will valid this passport.

Do I need to return my home country to take passport for my child?

As far as I know they will check your TOEFL score whith NARIC to be sure that your TOEFL score correspond to IELTS 6 band

But TOEFL doesnt have spoken test so they may require spoken test with TOEFL.
