Re: Surrendring Indian passport

Hi all I recently received my 3 year old's British passport. So far she has held an Indian passport. We want to travel to India asap and am not sure what would be the best course of action. She won't be traveling on her Indian passport as I am aware that that would attract a penalty. Will be applyin...

Re: Joint Naturalisation and British Passport JNP (Pilot sch

Hi

Very soon I am applying for my children's nationality and passport via JCAP.
I gather that 2 referees are needed for registration (MN1 form) and 1 referee for British passport, please correct me if I am wrong.

Many thanks

Re: Previous Earnings for ILR (Via Tier 1 General)

Hi Casa and R I applied for ILR on 31 March and successfully acquired it. Now awaiting permit card. Let me explain the case: My intention was not to hide anything from HMRC or UKVI. As R mentioned since the earnings was simply more than minimum required, I did not want to complicate. The tax paid by...

Re: Previous Earnings for ILR (Via Tier 1 General)

Hi

Applying for ILR via Tier 1 (G).
I have declared this to HMRC already.
My question is do I have to declare it to UKVI too even if I don't want to?

Thanks

Earnings

Hi

Applying for ILR next week. Do they ask clarification about the earnings that we don't declare too?
I changed 4 jobs and since I don't want to complicate more, I am only showing 3 as it fulfills the earnings requirement.

Please someone clarify

Thanks

Re: Previous Earnings for ILR (Via Tier 1 General)

Thanks for ur reply.

Please confirm are you saying that HO counts the transaction dates rather than the service date?
Can I not show from 19th March 2015 to 18th March 2016? (This will include both the transactions I want)

Thanks

I am going to show earnings from the duration of March 2015 to March 2016. My previous employers paid me on the 20th of every month for the service from 1st to the...
