Re: ILR - SA302 doc required for ILR application

it is known that same thing happend to some other people as well. i think you may write a letter to the address given with reference number for addional documents submission.

then all letters directed to the same case worker who handled your case.

wish for the luck!

It is quite confused about your refusal reasons. Is it refused because of current year dividends doesn't match with claim amount or previous dividends doesn't match or self tax return amendments?

Re: ILR LR refused because employer did not pay tax

hi,
my advice is get employment history from HMRC and check whether it is updated or not.
best thing would be clear tax and apply again or go for AR.

thanks.

Re: ILR - Previous Tier 1 Earnings split in 2 tax years

If you can assure that claim earnings for the visa purpose is derived from two tax year and same or excess amount submitted with HMRC then it would be totally fine. As a chartered accountant I can say that UKVI can't refuse visa due to mismatches of SA302 income and income claimed for the visa purpo...

Re: Teir 1 ilr application on Hold by HO -- help

Hi Shri It is no point of blaming to accountant that he has not submitted correct tax return. By the way accountant admitted that he has done some mistake and it would be somewhat helpful. What is your income claim period? If it is not exactly same as tax year then SA302 show different figure. So it...

hi bedis1 , i can recommend you that to match income disclosed to UKVI and HMRC and it should be the same amount. if it is necessary to amend the return to match figures, just do it. because it is total legitimate procedure. but submit with different accountant. then it has fair reason to amend you ...

Re: ILR Annual Investment Allowance Issue

Hi
You no need to worry about annual investment allowance (AIA). It is totally allowble expenses. I can recommend you not to amend tax return instead.
AIA is total legitimate tax allowance we can deduct 100% (for some items) from taxable income.

UKVI dont know accounting jargon.
