Re: Tier 2 CoS expiry date

@makky86 - Thank you for your help. You cannot as your COS expires on 7th Jan 2018. You do realize if you apply after this day and if T2 extension refused you'll have only 14 days to find another sponsor. If I apply before the expiry of my leave but after the expiry of my current CoS - even than the...

Re: Withdrawal of application

Thank you @Casa. I really appreciate your quick reply.

In this case, what if the UKVI returns a application as invalid? Will they curtail the current visa?

is this a hard and fast rule not to refund the fees or someone can requests with the genuine reason along with proofs and everything.

Withdrawal of application

Need advice please!

1: What is the procedure to withdraw visa application?

2: Is there any chance the UKVI will refund the fees (if a visa application is withdrawn (with the very genuine reason) even before the biometric has been provided - very early stage)?

Many thanks

Re: ILR Admin Review- 322(5) Cancelled

@Haroon1824

I think going to the JR will break the continuity of your stay and you will be considered as over stayer. But wining JR means you have saved 3c and your continuity is not broken.

@ kakss - Sorry to hear this.

I sent a letter with all the proofs and last week I got the letter from the UKVI stating that my application is now considered as valid.

If you have any further question, please feel free to ask me.

Re: Invalid application - Please advise!

Further to my previous post, Today, I have made a call to the UKVI helpline and the adviser has told me that as I have not received any further correspondence from the UKVI. Then this means that the letter I received from them on 11th May stating that my application is invalid still stands. Therefor...

Re: PBS Dependant partner Return as Invalid Application.

@CR001 I don't agree with you anyway, not all the invalid application cases are the same but could have same solution to deal with these . Leave this aside. I am just trying to say that it is better for him to send a letter with proofs and put some deadline to respond. I think sometime the additiona...

Sorry to hear about that. I am in the same boat. HO claims that I didn’t pay the additional fees (which I supposed to pay in 10 working days – according to HO letter) within the allowed time. However, I have all the post office receipts and full tracking details that the payment proforma was posted ...
