Did you find an answer? I'm in the reverse situation right now where I have an LLC in the Netherlands and I would like to go to the UK to provide a service. Not sure how the UKBA would view the situation as I am the owner and sole employee of the company.

Yeah, been to that site already. As a self-employed person though, I do not have an employment contract with my own company, so I'm not "lawfully and habitually employed" in the legal sense (I think). An employment contract would of course be easy to execute, but seems a bit pointless unless I know ...
