Tier 2 dependant children

I am applying for my babies' visas from within UK. I have made separate applications for both of them and respectively paid application fees and health surcharge. Now my question is can i send both applications together with all documents? Or should i send each application separately? Thank you.

Unpaid maternity leaves

I came to UK last year and had twin babies in March 2017. Now I'm planning to avail whole year leaves that includes unpaid leaves. Will it be an issue at the time of ILR? Thanks

Re: Standard Visitor's Visa Refused

You are in a near impossible position. She plainly does not live in Pakistan and the previous application confirms this. So by saying she does that will get you down the deception route. So a lose lose situation. By saying she lives with the brother that shows she has little or no ties to Pakistan,...

Re: Replacement BRP from outside UK

If anyone knows how long a Replacement BRP application can take from outside UK, I would be extremely grateful. I have paid the fees thrice now, one for main application, one for vignette transfer & now for Replacement BRP. Any help or guidance would be highly appreciated

Re: Replacement BRP from outside UK

I have not gone through this issue myself but just common sense dictates that it should have been a new vignette if you have not yet travelled to the UK. The reason is that even if a new BRP is issued and sent to a designated post office inside UK, you will still need to show your passport (which w...

Re: Replacement BRP from outside UK

What exactly did you apply for? A replacement BRP or a vignette transfer? See link below (which contains links to the process). http://www.immigrationboards.com/general-uk-immigration-forum/30-day-vignette-sticker-t192549.html I saw this link first and then applied for Vignette Transfer. However Br...

Replacement BRP from outside UK

I am a Tier 2 Migrant applicant and was given entry clearance that was valid till 11th May 2016. I could not travel till this date so I applied for Replacement BRP on June 01, 2016. Now the problem is UKVI is still saying your application is yet to be assessed when I inquire about my application sta...

Re: Tier 2 General Partner - Only Photocopies accepted

Hi, My wife submitted her supporting documents today at the VAC in Lahore (Tier 2 - General Partner). The VAC Officer just took the photocopies and returned all the original documents back to her. Re: 30 day vignette

I'm afraid this system of issuing a visa valid only for 30 days is a total disaster - it has led to so many problems like this. It's also misleading in that the stamp in the passport only covers 1 month, when in fact the person may have the right to be here for several years. A total farce. I can't...

BRP Replacement Application - Urgent help

My 30 day vignette has expired & I am applying for BRP Replacement. In online application it asks for job details. Should I mention salary, tax etc of my current job in my home country? I have a permanent job offer from UK but I haven't joined it yet, accepted the offer only. So in my form should I ...

I have been through a similar situation. My 30 day vignette expired on 11thMay and as per UKVI help guidance I applied for vignette transfer. However my visa was refused as British Embassy Abu Dhabi called & then emailed that I had selected wrong category. I should have selected BRP Replacement. The...

1. Your CoS has already been used, hence already expired. The "expiry date" that you refer to is the date that the CoS be must be used by. 2. Click on the links in my response above. Thanks a lot! I have read that post and it was really helpful. My husband's entry clearance has been refused unfortu...

My 30 days vignette will expire by 11th May. My husband's visa was refused and I have filed administrative review. In case it's successful, I will need a replacement visa. In online application should I chose vignette transfer?? And then state the reason?
