Thanks for your prompt reply. Brother please tell what date you have got biomatric for FLRO. This information is really helpful for me as I want to know how long FLR O is taking now a days.

On both way (t1/LoR to ILR) same check will be applied about current tier-1 status. The above advice is correct. The same checks are now undertaken for LR applications. So what should I do I mean which visa I should apply T1 or Lor or Just go to back home to avoid visa application etc. Thanks hello...
