Re: Refused 3 times for non-EU spouse to Ireland

Are you working? You need to prove that you're working and exercising the EU treaty right. What was the reason for refusal?

Re: Residency card

I don't know what is the help you are looking for. If your parents got the visa, you don't seem to have any problems. After they arrived, just apply EU1 as you planed. About the documents, if they need anything else they will just send letter asking for it. Move back to UK, you'll have to start ever...

Re: German bringing non-EU spouse to Ireland

It's a short-stay visa type C.
Don't expect it will be quick though. It could easily take a month or two.

Re: Post EU1 Application befor parents arrive in Ireland?

You will need to send a copy of all the pages in the Passport (including the stamp that they will receive when enter). How would you do that?

Re: Utility Bills - EU1 Form

I don't think that both names have to be on the same bill. Just have to be on the same address. I used Virgin media(internet and home phone) under my name and gas under my husband's. I think the easiest thing to change the name is Virgin. She needs to have a bank account that can be direct debit tho...

Re: EEA2 / FM-EFM Discussion thread

Dear nona1004, Finally the fee was taken, 6 weeks after they received it. I was thinking about sending the complaint email like you did but will they do anything more than just apologize? EEA(FM) and EEA(QP) received by HO: 11/04/2016 EEA(QP) payment fee taken 14/04/2016 Passport return requested 18...

Re: EEA2 / FM-EFM Discussion thread

Dear nona1004, Thank you for your encouragement. I actually read your post some time ago that you have had the same problem. It is really nice to know that I'm not alone. I'm happy for you that your case is kinda resolved. I did called them and he said the home office has a lot of application becaus...

Re: EEA2 / FM-EFM Discussion thread

Hi hsn86,

I read that if we don't send the original passport, it's easy for them to refuse, so I sent mine. For biometrics thing. I thought we need to bring the barcode in the letter to the post office? Anyway, I submitted since 11/04 and my payment still not deduct yet. Not to mention any letters...

Till this day, only one application fee was taken and we have received nothing, no email or letter. I requested my passpor...
