Duala, Did you mail the form back to the address on top of the letter?? Thanks! Yes that's where your application is being dealt with, I learnt it is a new procedure so that when you are refused and you don't fill that form you will not be allowed to bring on to your case other form of like evidence.

In person is when you go into a PEO there and then if there is no problem with your application they will give you an approval but mine took only 3 days and within the next 2 days I had my BRP too so total of 5 days. Good Luck

Pls can anyone help me, i have just applied for ILR (SET 0) with 3 dependents and the biometric letters was sent with Statement of additional grounds under section 120 to include any additional ground for wishing to stay in the UK and not be removed.To be sincere i dont know what i can include with...

Applied for ILR Set(O) after six years Discretionary Leave Application sent: May 13 2016 Received at Home Office: May 16 2016 Application Fees taken. : May 17 2016 Confirmation letter. : waiting........... No more confirmation letters now, you will get the biometrics around 2 to 6 weeks.
