On Monday 19th I got a letter from the HO including a new payment slip for me to fill in, and the biometrics letter. Both are done now.

Highly unlikely it is HO or NCS, otherwise we would all have had problems. Given the amount of cyber crime and card details being stolen in the UK it could have been anywhere.
