I am a bit confused as I was told that if I pay now then my application would be considered as starting from the date of payment and it doesn't matter if i get the appointment after 1st August. Thats why I am confused.

Has anyone done like this before?

Isn't it similar to having an ISA account where you get supplimental income. There might be a limit of income beyond which it can be considered as primary income.

Thanks. Its a relief to know it can be either spouse's individual bank account too rather than only the PBS dependant's account only. I thought it only had to be either a joint account or PBS's dependant's account.
