Do I need paper proof for this??? If so how can I get it?

How long has she lived in the UK? What is the immigration status of the other parent? 1. She applies under section 3(1) which is at discretion. On the list it is the "Other" option. 2. Thank you everyone who replied. After a lot of arguing with the HO, my EU child was finally granted settled status under condition 7 in rule EU11 without proof of 5 years of residence. Parents dual EU/BR naturalised citizens. I thought someone could benefit from this information. It's worth fighting...

Not an option because we moved a few times in the last few years and although they are registered with a GB surgery they actually never needed to go. This settled status system is getting on my nervous :cry:

This tracking service is not reliable. We have tried all references number that we have and only one is working. Status says it has been decided on 28/03. However There is one issue, we applied on 18/05.
