follow it up with your mp,cos they will reply your mp and tell him why the delay

try and get your mp involved as stated earlier by one of the commentators above,it may help to quicken the case

a friend told me it takes 4 weeks to get the biometric letter from when your payment clears.but if they told you 6 to 7 weeks,you just have to be patient

it might be cos of the referendum and I guess so many Europeans are applying as well just to be on the safe side.it is better you give them a call and find out why

how about receipt or acknowledgement of the receipt of the application.how long does that take.the link you have sent me talks about how long it takes to make a decision,am asking how long before they sent an acknowledgement for the receipt of the application
