I also applied for premium service on the 15.06.2016 and recieved email on the same day, confirming my eligibility, documents are being requested it said.

I also found out that there is a service of transferring postal applications to premium service, provided i pay up 400-500 pounds extra.
i wonder if anyone has used it before.
