Hi payet, the biometric letter can sometimes take upto 4 weeks to arrive, u might need to wait abit tho, but looking at yr submitting date, its likely you will get it soon abt next week. I don't think you can email them for biometric letter tho. Has your account been charged yet? Thanks for replyin...
