Hi,

My solicitor has applied for 3 year extension for me but VISA is approved only for 2 years. I am now short of 20 days for ILR application.
Solicitor informed that this was a mistake from UKVI.

Will the UKVI amend the dates on BRP if my solicitor contacts them?

Its only applicable for people who got RCOS assigned after Oct 6th 2019.

Yes as long as your on a UK Payroll its fine.

Make sure your not away more than 180 days in consecutive 12 months, it will effect your ILR in future.

Answer to your question is 'NO'.

That rule only applies to Candidates who got COS assigned in and after October 2019.

Hi,

Tier 4 holders are exempted from RMLT, dont worry. Your application should be alright even if employer didn't mentioned about ref.no.
