Hi Guys. I received an email from UKVI in New York saying that my application was successful and that they would return my documents either later that day or the next business day. Congrats Sudhu on getting the COS!

My employer is telling me that the application is still waiting and under review in their system.

If everyone can please keep updating! I'll do the same.

Re: Tier 2 application questions

Hey gmc,

I remember seeing your name go by in the August RCOS allocation thread. You had mentioned your application had been rejected without any letter or notification as to why, how did you get this decision overturned?

Thanks

Re: RCOS August 2016

Hi Guys, when you hear, please provide the reasons your applications were rejected. Mine was also rejected today because a document was missing in the additional documents that were sent in for review. My employer re-applied and is awaiting the review to be put into the September allocation. Best of...

Hello All, My employer applied for an RCoS on the 3rd of August. Additional documents were requested and were sent in on the Friday 5th of August. These documents were related to the RLMT. No news on my behalf as well. Application still says under review from my HR. So unsure if I'll be in August or September allocation.

How many points do you guys have in yours? Mine is at 33.

Re: RLMT Question

A refusal . Hi Vinny. The case you have linked to, this person did not have any screenshots. I have several screenshots of the ads that were placed on both Monster and Universal Job Match. My only concern is that my screenshot of the Universal Job Match post does not have ALL of the info asked for ...

Re: RLMT Question

Hey, thanks for the response. That's odd, everything I've ever read into has said the screenshots are necessary. I've emailed a lawyer to see what they have to say about it. I can let you know when the time comes.

Re: T2 Sponsor Licence and Labour Market Test at the same ti

If thet apply for the licence before the RLMT is complete then there is a risk the licence will be refused. It will be refused for the right reason - pre selection of the candidate because that is exactly the case. Suggest you look for an employer with a licence that actually follows the rules and ...

May I ask what was this specific reference number on the job post they were asking for? I'll be going through the same shortly and would like to have all bases covered.
