just bumping this thread back up to see if anybody knows how i go about doing this.

situation is, expired passport has a PR via non eea route.

new passport issues but need to transfer the PR to new indian passport.

Just to let you guys know I passed the exam this morning at Holborn (all A's) haha :)

As long as your test providers is on the HO approved list, you should be fine. Glad you asked before applying :D Yep, booked in at Trinity SELT Holborn. Did both of you follow the same immigration route through your father? If she has permanent residency, if that is what the sticker in her passport says, then she can apply for citizenship too. Yes it says permanent residency for UK, So she wont need to apply for the ILR? We come to stay with my ...

Permanent Residence is the same as ILR but PR is gained through the EEA route whereas ILR is obtained through the UK immigration route. Is she a family member of an EU citizen?
