You can see the forms here https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/523922/Premium_Upgrade_Payment_Form.docx[/quote] It means for £400 option, they will expedite the application for a same day ...

Re: Tier 1 general ILR application after tax ammendment

For the sake of only data or statistics we can get the % answer. For example 10 out of 20 applications with amendment are successful can give the 50% success rate regardless of the case nature, it can give a rough idea that 50% cases with amendments are going in success. I already said it's complex ...

Re: Tier 1 general ILR application after tax ammendment

0-100% ? How will you calculate/apply this answer on 20 applications where some are successful and some are not? Although the question is complex, and not easy to answer on this forum as not all applicants are same or they may not use this forum yet we can have some data through the success rate on ...

Re: Application Withdrawn Scenario

I believe that you will become an overstayer , starting after your application is withdrawn . However, departing within 90 days should be okay for future visa applications. The HO should give some time like 28 days to leave the country in the withdrawal letter (as they do in refusal letters in some...

Re: Moderator criteria

Moderators usually failed to answer most of the questions. Mostly we get answer from other common people's similar experiences and knowledge on the forum instead of moderators. That may be because you misunderstand their primary role. A moderator's role is to moderate the discussion, to guide it or...

I think it should not be considered as over stayer or illegal as the application was in process and until it's in process, ...
