Hi Thanks very much for your reply. I have managed to contact UKBA and apparently the Case worker will be looking for a NARIC - English Language Assessment and Statement of Comparability it seems. It sounds really strange as i have obviously been granted the Visa first time and also the extension!! ...

Q3: I am not exempt. How do I go about fulfilling the requirement on the basis of a degree taught or researched in English?
