Should i appeal or I can apply for set(lr) on 1st august?? appeal deadline is 1st august as well? Will my 3C leave ends when applying for SET(LR) ?

I was 5 months 17 days short of full 10 years. thats why i applied for set(o). they refused with appeal right

I came to the UK in 29 August 2006. But my set(o) application is refused on 14 July and received on 18 July. I got appeal right which extends my section 3C leave until 1 August. Can I go for premium service on 1 August for SET(LR)?

Dear You can apply for SET(o) with some solicitor help. SET(O) and SET(LR) application takes at least 4 months to process. By the time you will be able to apply for SET(LR) in August. Which number did you contact HomeOffice? Do they advice that you can apply 28 days before it completes Full 10 years...
