If your wife has a valid visa until 2018 there is no time limit to switch to FLR (M) or FLR (FP) . I contacted home office to find out answer for this question and they told me that it is advisable to switch as soon as possible but failure to switch immediately would not be considered a breach of ...

Your wife's only option may be to apply for FLR(FP) Partner route. This will be a 10 year route to permanent settlement. How are you supporting yourselves financially if you are also unemployed?

After ILR approval wife/dependent status

Thanks to all forum members especially moderators. Set-LR approved today. My wife as my Tier 4 dependent visa valid until July 2018. I m job less currently so which visa application form is suitable for her? Please guide.

I varied Flr-FP to Set-LR at Croyden PEO. Plz share ur decision waiting time after further inquiry letter for Set-LR on premium service day? I am waiting since 16 Aug 2016. Just want to know average/normal waiting time.

@asfan123 if they have asked about the said documents, the only reason behind it could be to confirm your business is actively trading, and that You meet all the requirement for the previous visa, in your case its Entrepreneur. It depends on the case workers some will process your ILR straightaway ...

I also got same letter on 10 August.. It was premium service for ilr (LR) .. Current stay Entrepreneur visa.. Just asked me about my company and personal and business bank statement and said are you currently working anywhere... said I can't take decision now.. ... Now don't know how long to wait ...
