Tier 2 ILR Absence without Pay

Hi All,

could anyone please let me know, if absence from work without pay is allowed? and how many days one can take as unpaid paternity leave?

CR001, appreciate your response. regarding the first comment about applying too early. one can make application either from the date of entry or when the visa was granted as long as the gap between grant and entry is no longer than 3 months. this gap will be subtracted from 180 day out of country ...
