Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Process

Renzo, Yes the passport fee just comes out as part of the process. Doesn't indicate success/failure. But you will get it refunded if your naturalisation application is not successful. Good luck to you too! Twine Fee is not refundable if naturalization application is rejected. You only get £80 cerem...

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Process

I applied online and then used the JCAP service to provide all documents. The citizenship fee payment was made online when I applied on 12/3 . The passport fee was charged on my card on 9/4 . I assumed they would only take the payment for the passport at the very end, after approving my citizenship...

Re: Advice on filling form AN for naturalisation

I was incorrect in saying the forum does not answer. It is this thread that is not very informative. I was reading through and it seems that the process of application viz AN is complicated. But it is NOT. If one knowns basic English, one can fill the form. I am EU and I had to produce only P60 for ...

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

It goes according to her passport sir.
If her passport says A +B and maiden is C then thats what you write.
It normally goes surname, name and previous name
so just follow those instructions.

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

By what I am reading, it takes 15 weeks for an EU nationals PR certificate to be dispatched. Give or take a couple of days. As time progresses it will become longer as more are eligible to apply and are doing so after the referendum.
