Re: TLSConnect Documents Scanning Procedure

For naturalisation as ILR holder you only need your passport (with entry stamps), BRP, certificates and referees.
This is sufficient for residency. Most of the documents are not not accepted for naturalisation anyway as it's not an immigration application (such as statements or utility bills).

Re: TLSConnect Documents Scanning Procedure

c. Is there any better suggestion on chosing the documents to prove 5 years of residency?
Why are you planning to send all those documents?
As an ILR holder it's normally just a scan of your passport...

This draft bill was introduced by the opposition Conservative Party…. So highly unlikely that it will pass with government support.

Re: Spouse visa extension - new baby

If a parent is British when the child is born the child will be British automatically.
Your wife’s visa application is separate.
Child doesn’t need a visa! Apply for BP straight away.

Re: Previous Immigration applications

Yes, all previous applications (except visitor visas).
Provide as many details as you can - approximate month/year is fine.
Some boxes are "if known" anyway. It's not an issue that could jeopardise your application.

UKVI Nationality applications processing target is six months, though many receive their approvals faster than, sometimes longer than that. Children's certficates are normally handed to the parents at their ceremony, otherwise they are posted .

Foreign dependents of British citizens don’t get special advantages. They must complete their immigration pathway according to the rules.
