Just hit the 12 week's mark after biometrics yesterday, and haven't heard back regarding my new EUSS card. I strongly reckon this is because my old EEA RC card expires in 2023 (I applied only because at the time it hadn't been announced that EEA RCs would continue to be valid after June 30th. Oh we...
So now I submitted my documents on sopra steria , do I need to book am apointment for biometric ? Is my application in process or not yet ? Will I have a decision letter before submitting biometrics?

I hope Admin doesnt mind opening this new topic .
It is regarding The applicants for PR who has already ROR before Feb 2017 as regulations changed (Ex Id required now )
If anyone from this category or you know anyone please share experience .
Hello , Seems like they tried to stress you and get a silly statement to accuse you for marriage of convinience . they will get no where .if they refuse you . first tier tribunal should be enought for you . I cannot believe they called you for interview after you have had your residence as ROR .... ...
If home office has given you a resident card on ROR basis then you need only to show you are working . and yes HO still need to see your ex treaty right up till decree absolute date . p60 should cover tax year means treaty right for one year for each p60 . so you need p60 for years ending 2013.14.15...
I just called UK visa & immigration asking about ex ID when apply for PR , they said if you already retained right it means you are considered as independent and your ex ID is not a must
I obviously cannot trust that but has given some hope ......
Means applicant has to show they did what the can but not chance to have it ...HO can always stick with how can applicant provide treaty right and no ID .
it is not a clear regulation which can help judges to take a fair decision , t is about luck ....?
did you appeal your refusal
I am in a same boat as you , I got my ROR as second 5 years residence without providing my ex ID but now I have no contact with here anymore ,
did you provide original ID when reapplied ?
