Received confirmation email from APAD Today .
Biometric was taken on 17th April
Not sure if anyone will be home when TNT comes .
Do they Leav a card and i can pick up ?

I did my biometrics same day as you . My old card expiry date is 2028 .
It's been 14 weeks now not 13 :) .
Please post when get any news as I need to apply for france visa and travel in same time .

Just hit the 12 week's mark after biometrics yesterday, and haven't heard back regarding my new EUSS card. So untill we receive our replacment card , we cannot travel as from Thursday?
Does home office rank priority depending on who submit first or the current card expiry date

Can this take really up to 6 months ? It's just an update !
Can I travel after 30juine with my actual EEA BRC? Or do I need to wait the one under settlment scheme to arrive ?

So now I submitted my documents on sopra steria , do I need to book am apointment for biometric ? Is my application in process or not yet ? Will I have a decision letter before submitting biometrics?

Hello , Seems like they tried to stress you and get a silly statement to accuse you for marriage of convinience . they will get no where .if they refuse you . first tier tribunal should be enought for you . I cannot believe they called you for interview after you have had your residence as ROR .... ...

If home office has given you a resident card on ROR basis then you need only to show you are working . and yes HO still need to see your ex treaty right up till decree absolute date . p60 should cover tax year means treaty right for one year for each p60 . so you need p60 for years ending 2013.14.15...

You have to add up your treaty right from the date of decree absolute and you should be fine ..

I just called UK visa & immigration asking about ex ID when apply for PR , they said if you already retained right it means you are considered as independent and your ex ID is not a must
I obviously cannot trust that but has given some hope ......

Means applicant has to show they did what the can but not chance to have it ...HO can always stick with how can applicant provide treaty right and no ID .
it is not a clear regulation which can help judges to take a fair decision , t is about luck ....?

If i have second RC under ROR and kept my ex treaty right document but not ID .
Do you advice i apply for PR without her treaty right ?in case they ask why i have it but no ID ?

i think that you need a residency for at least a year with marriage last 3 years before divorce procedure start .
Were you legal as eeu family member in UK for at least a year during your marriage ?

I am in a same boat as you , I got my ROR as second 5 years residence without providing my ex ID but now I have no contact with here anymore ,
did you provide original ID when reapplied ?
