I also have xml coded fps with all deductions and money paid to employees (haven't posted because of sensitive data),
but I worry about xml coded format of that file.

As far as I am aware, if the applicant's visa has expired after submitting ILR by post, you cannot travel as you have no valid leave and the original expired leave to remain conditions is not applicable if leaving the UK. One of the key factor is to prove your relationship (photos, holidays, bills, letters etc)

I think OP understands more than us that his GF has a curtailment letter. Also at Registry office work competent people, they will advise what they can do or cannot. You can make an appointment at Register office to give a notice while you thinking what to do... official waiting time for foreigners is 70 days, but usually the do it faster.
