Re: Entry clearance settlement spouse visa refused

They have done this to lots of self employed people. I saw another person on Facebook, who they claimed that he is taking little salary and ignored his dividends. It appears, these guys does not know how to assess people from limited company earning and PAYE. This is strongly illegitimate. Sense les...

Re: Settlement visa refused - Appeal or Fresh application?

I think You can fight the financial objection. Because it seems ECO is uneducated to assess your income and he did not exercise the proper policy guidance in your financial income whereas it is clear on the Appendix FM1.7. Relationship reason is a bit tricky. I am unaware of the rules of the divorce...

Re: Self Employed - Ongoing Employment (Spouse Visa)

No worries. All looks good.

You have to certify ure passport copy from solicitor. Also get a copy of entry exit stamp pages when you visited the applicant.

Other thing is SA302 for April 2016/2017 because it includes ure dividend and pay overall details.

Re: Self Employed - Ongoing Employment (Spouse Visa)

I Would not recommend to apply through solicitor but get another on your documents from a solicitor. I think they normally charge £100 for application check. Yes, it is worth explaining about the relationship or any problem u think ECO might have in ure Application. Sorry, I did not realise you have...

Re: Self Employed - Ongoing Employment (Spouse Visa)

That means Dividend voucher or any pay u take in October is not covered by company tax year. Because your company tax year covers payslips and dividend vouchers from August 2016 to September 2017. Make sure u submit tax return before making an application. So in total u have to submit Payslips and d...

Re: Arrive in the UK without sponsor

It may be better to ask Home office directly by calling them. he definitely can travel without sponsor but sponsor need to be in the UK to receive him. In case any problem occurs at immigration I think.

But worth asking Home office directly in case they have a different policy.

Re: Self Employed - Ongoing Employment (Spouse Visa)

I don't think there is such a requirement for self employed to show contract. If you are paying yourself dividend and salary that should be enough as on going income. Reason being - there is no requirement to submit any contracts or invoices if you are working as limited company. However, monthly sa...
