we finally got married last december.
been in the uk for the past 6 years.
flr fp application was sent with an expired passport but before brp expired.
can that cause a problem?

application made with an expired passport

hi there.
i recently sent a flr fp application to the HO but with an expired passport (but brp was valid).
can that cause a problem to my application?

annual income is 15,500 at the moment. My partner has been unable to get full time employment due to the restrictions on the tier 4 visa. but my partner has been receiving scholarship from a sponsor that has been supporting financially during term time ( about £1000 per month).

Hi there. thanks the replies. my partner is currently on a tier 4 student visa. and does not work at all. so we might be unable to meet the financial requirements to apply for the flr(m). what is best thing to do now? the home office has not been in touch with us yet as the investigation is still ...
