Thank you for your reply.

I have compiled all my job applications, interview letters, rejection letters... I have loads of them.

Also my medical insurance has been sorted, though I know its not required when job seeking.

Lets see how it goes.

Need help with PR Application please

Hello Noajthan and LilyLalilu

I have a quick question.

Back in 2011 when I arrived and when I couldnt find a job, I claimed JSA for 7 months. Can that be a problem?
I know that from 2014 onwards one could claim JSA for a maximum period of 6 months.

My holiday absence is 285 days in 5 years but my son has been outside the UK for 507 days in 5 years as he used to be with his dad during all summer holidays

Can this be a problem?

I'm applying and he is my dependent

Yes we have been in the country at same time, but never in the same city. She has been working since 2010.

I can ask her to transfer the money in my account instead for a couple of months and then we apply.

If nothing works , then I will apply for RC
