Roibot you had the good news yet? Funnily, I haven't heard anything about my application. I called the UKVI today since I am now outside their 6 month service standard. Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

It's frustrating not to have any information on the progress of the ILR application.
Mine was posted on 28 May 2016 and today is only 5 days from the UKVI's stated 6 month service standard, but have no news yet.
Awaiting a miracle.

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

No news on my application yet. I did get an email on 14 November from UKVI saying that 'your application is still under consideration and we expect to make a decision within 6 months of the date of your application, which is our service standard.' It is now just 10 days from the UKVI's service stand...

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Hi, I called the UKVI yesterday (4 November 2016) to find out about current processing times and the gentleman on the phone was very helpful. He told me that the UKVI was currently processing ILR applications made on 18 May 2016. My application was made on 28 May so expect that it will probably be p...

Re: ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Hi, Kashif, It's great to hear of your ILR success. Looks like the HO has caught up with any backlogs they may have had previously. Having processed your ILR application in about 5 months is great news for guys like us whose businesses are suffering due to curtailment of travel. I lost a major order...

Re: ILR Tier 1 Entrepreneur MP willing to help

CR001, You are mistaken; the passports are not returned for business travel. Urgent requests are often only actioned by the UKVI if the person involved is experiencing 'mitigating circumstances', as defined by them, such as a severe or terminal illness, or illness in the family or another close rela...

Re: ILR Tier 1 Entrepreneur MP willing to help

Secret.simon, The MP is quite clear that he cannot help individuals that aren't form his constituency, but he can certainly make a case for us all collectively in Parliament. He is really interested in helping entrepreneurs get their fair dues from the government. We have all been enticed to invest ...

Re: Any one got ILR on tier 1 Entrepreneur 5 year rout in 20

He has asked me to direct applications to him, so I am sure he should be able to help. In any case there are very few MPs out there willing to listen to Entrepreneurs' problems, so what is the harm?
