Re: BRC Vs BRP

My current one has expired.
Am getting only 2 options, and it's none of the ones you have suggested.
Update, replace or transfer Biometric Residence Permit RC and replacement BRC but it just still says my application is BRP RC,despite clicking on the right link.

Resident card will work till the 30th June 2021,after that you need a visa to go to Europe,it’s in the home office website.

The lawyer you used at the tribunal should have chased the home office for you.

Re: Nigerian Customary Marriage, miscarriage and Pregnant wife

You should have applied as unmarried partner instead of trying to get married,if you have proof that you have together for 2 years like bills, send in unmarried partner application.

Re: Unmarried partner visa: Single person discount on council tax

Cancel the discount and put both your names on the council tax but don’t send it as it won’t look good, they are other bills you can send including the mortgage papers.we were in same situation .

You don’t need to travel to your country to get a new passport, just go to your embassy and apply when that one expires.

You are not eligible, you need to have the residence card for 3 years,I have just been refused and my friend was stopped after they gave him the loan for 1 year,he had to get loans to finish his course.

Re: DELAYED AGAIN AT THE AIRPORT

It’s just the airlines nothing to do with the border agency, they don’t know that you can travel without a visa if you are with your EU partner or are joining them in an EU country with a resident card so if you are with her don’t worry but if you are alone just get a shenghen visa.

DELAYED AGAIN AT THE AIRPORT

Been delayed again despite being with my EU partner and being asked for a shenghen visa. Why don’t these Airlines teach their workers the rules?
It’s always the airlines not border officials, would expect it the other way round!😬😬😬😠😠
