Child settlement visa which will be granted in line with your wife's visa. Child can apply for ilr when wife does. If the child born in India- what are the process as I am on ILR. No, we had to change hers to my ILR dependant as my partner has reset when we applied. SO now she is on my ILR dependent, ( she is not on ILR). Could you please clarify? If the child born in India- what are the process as I am on ILR. So we can do accordingly, whether to be in the UK or in India.

well if they applied via priority phone line (+ 200 GBP) then it'll take around 3 weeks (can be longer) otherwise it might take up to 8 weeks NO, they have not applied via Priority Service. just requested over the SMS only. So worrying now? Would that be an issue? as I needed to apply by the middle...

I could be completely wrong here. Apologies if i am. I thought when a sponsor acquires sponsorship for the first time, they can request for x number of certificates. I wasn't aware of the fact that, they need to request x number each year. Also, in the below link it doesn't say that explicitly. htt...
