apparently they are handling my husband's deportation from the UK and are the reason for delays while he suffers in detention. No idea who they are and can't find anything on the interent. Presumably they are part of the Home Office. Have you actually heard of them? Or know anything about them ...
My husband has been in detention for some time waiting for his deportation hearing. He tried for bail but his sureties were weak and he doesn't have others. He can try again but he has no chance. He has a good chance of being released when the hearing takes place but he Home Office have delayed it ...
Anyone know for sure how long someone who has been deported from the UK has to stay away. Is it indefinitely or can they return with no problem after so many years.
