Hi Raj,

I have seen cases where people have been called for interview based on tax amendment on previous application. They look at both current and previous application.Nobody knows what is happening. Yet to have a decision in a year now.

Is there is any way can we speed up ? I wish there is a way to speed things up to be honest. For now, nothing other than to wait. We had a difference of 4k in tax submitted to HMRC. Interview is next week. Do you think we should quickly go back to HMRC and pay the difference b4 interview to cover our backs?

Hi Bala,
So sorry to hear about your refusal. Unfortunately i cant help much as i am awaiting my interview next week and scared to death. One thing I know is that with a good Lawyer most decisions are overturned. Goodluck and keep us updated please.
