Yes i have like HMRC letter, DVLA, Bank statement as mention but these doesn't equally split among 4 months,

for example If I have water bill for July then DVLA letter for Sep and then council letter for March so between July and Sep its two months & Sep and March its 6 month gap.

Yes I got my ILR on basis of 10 years and she was dependent of my Tier 2 General before applying for FLR M

I thought that these documents only required when applying for FLRM extension, can I use payslips and colour printout of water and electric bills please? Also additonaly they asked for recent council bill and tenancy agreement can I use it for cohabitation proof same time? Really appreciate your help

Thanks for reply, If disregard the SSP and add 6 months basic pay then its more then £10,000 but I heard that they take lowest of six months which means in the month i was on paternity pay my basic pay was around £1300 which then comes below the threshold if times 12. have you had same scenario as m ...

I am not eligible for working tax credit or child tax credit but only housing benefit. And yes I am awarr my wife will not be eligible but as my child naturalisation is in process should I wait before apply HB?. She is here from June 13 as tier 2 dependent. Thanks Casa,

I was on Tier 2 General then ILR on 10 years basis, I am aware that her clock will reset but what we can do :(
Should I wait before my child gets her passport or I can apply now? so applying for benefits will not effect my wife FLR M or ILR in future?
